Bridge Runners, Bridge Rollers, and friends gather at ground zero the morning of 9.11 2024 to meet up for its annual tribute bike ride. To remember and honor the lives lost 23 years ago we unite on this day to put in miles and spread the love every where we ride through.

We went up the west side bike path to the George Washington Bridge and crossed over into New Jersey. After the bridge we made a left toward Fort Lee and Edge water. Stopping by the water front in Jersey City was necessary as the sculptures were beautifully placed with Manhattan’s Skyline in the background. Right before we was about to cross over into Staten Island via the Bayonne Bridge one of us caught a really bad flat. The crew patched it up really well and everyone made it back into Manhattan safely with a lift from the ferry of Staten Island.

I ended up finishing my ride at 55 miles as the rest continue their journey of completing 100 miles. Never Forget, Always Remember 911.2001 . Enjoy these images I captured with my Leica MP range finder camera. Tri X 400 35mm negative film.
